Retro Weekend & CP Challenge

10:00am  - 4:00pm The Cancer Prevention Challenge hosts a scavenger hunt for Ullr’s ski gear, fun races, retro fashion contest, prizes and more!  Register at www.preventcancernow.ca/redmountain.html 

1:00 – 3:30pm Mogul Mania competition under the Motherlode chair. Registration is free and prizes will be awarded for the top 3 contestants.

3:30pm Retro Fashion Show on the base lodge deck – strut your stuff on the walkway for great prizes!

Retro Weekend & Ladies Day

1:00pm Hot Dog Eating Contest at the Paradise Lodge.  $5 to enter - winner takes cash  plus a prize. 

2:00pm Compete in the Ballet Trick Competition next to the TMP building at the base area.  Registration is free.

St. Patrick's Day

Come out for the St. Patty's Day fashion show and don't forget to grab yourself a pint of green beer!

Poker Run

11:00am – 2:00pm A poker game played by skiing or riding the runs of Red and Granite Mountain. The best hand at the end of the day wins a prize.  Registration: $2

Shop Show Down

11:00am - Ski and snowboard shop employees from across the region team up to battle it out for bragging rights. This is an invitational event only to be held in the Terrain Park and is open to spectators.

Kids' Day

9:00am - 3:30pm Bring your children out for a day of fun on and off the slopes. Scavenger hunts, storytelling, crafts, soccer games, pin the tail on the bunny, apple bobbing, fun races, movies and more!

Snowshoe Race

1:00pm Race between checkpoints on a snowshoe obstacle course. The winner is the first to cross the finish line! $5 registration includes snowshoes and poles.

9:00am-12:00pm - Kids 12 years and under can stop by the TMP to have their faces painted like a bunny!

3:00pm Join us on the base lodge sundeck for the “Ski Bunny” fashion show. The best costume will be judged by the audience and the winners will take home great prizes!

9:30am-1:00pm Join the Easter Bunny for breakfast at the Paradise Lodge. A delicious Eggs “bunny” will be served at the Paradise Lodge for $11.95 per person. Photo opportunities and skiing with the Easter Bunny will be available after breakfast.

2:00-3:00pm Join in the Easter Egg Hunt – not to be missed on Easter Sunday!

Larissa Wedrick Memorial Race

11:00am - Compete in the dual slalom Larissa Wedrick Memorial Race, a day in remembrance of Larissa Wedrick and for the promotion of helmet safety.

Triple Threat - Skier/Boardercross

11:00am - Skiers and boarders have the change to show off their skills on the jumps in Red Park. $15 per event or $35 for all three Triple Threat events.

10:00am-3:00pm - Take part in free telemark lessons from beginner to advanced levels. Register for a telemark GS Race to be held at 12 noon.

Telemark Tuesday

Great specials on telemarking equipment rentals and lessons. If you haven't tried tele-marking before, today is a great day to learn.

Triple Threat - Rail Jam

11:00am - Skiers and boarders battle it out on the rails in the final day of competitions for the Triple Threat title. $15 per event or $35 for all three Triple Threat events.

Turkey Pot Luck

4:00pm - A Red Mountain community tradition, the Turkey Pot Luck takes place on the base lodge sundeck. Bring an appetizer, salad, main course or dessert to contribute, or a $2 donation.

Tri-Race

Gather your favourite team for a three-part on-snow race involving three different disciplines. Join us for an initiation to snowshoeing with guided tours through the snowshoe loop at the base of Red as well as great deals on snowshoe rentals.

11:00am – A three-lift race starting at the base of Red. The fastest time wins a prize. Entry is free to all ages.

11:00am – Meet at Red Sports for a beginner snowshoe tour of the Snowshoe Loop. $5 includes snowshoes and poles.

1:00pm – Meet at Red Sports for an intermediate / advanced snowshoe tour through the trees. $5 includes snowshoes and poles.

Slush Cup

A favourite spring event, the Slush Cup showcases zany talent with participants straightlining over a slush pit trying to avoid getting wet.

Red Mountain Racers

The Kootenay Zone Finals will bring some of BC's best young racers to compete on the steeps of Red Mountain.

Hawaiian Day & Snow Volleyball

11:00am - Grab a team of 4 to 6 players for Snow Volleyball! Must be 19 years or older to participate in the tournament.

3:00pm – Strut your best Hawaiian Island gear on the base lodge deck for a fashion show. The audience will judge their favourites with winners taking home great prizes! Free to compete.
