Red Mountain Resort is now accepting applications for the position of Line Cook. Your primary responsibility is preparing yummy food in one of our kitchens.  Other responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, opening duties as well as closing the kitchen at the end of the day.


Your work habits are exceptional: you are prompt, responsible; you have effective work and problem solving skills. You enjoy working alone and under pressure, as well as in a team setting. You have exceptional service and cooking skills, an outgoing personality and extremely high standards. You enjoy working with the public and can deal pleasantly with the pressures of a busy atmosphere. You understand and can anticipate the needs of Red Mountain Resort’s customers, whether related directly to the food service department or otherwise. You have a good understanding of this resort and the various services it provides. You are able to answer a variety of questions regarding the resort and know where to access current information. You have food safe and are exceptionally reliable.  At least two years cooking experience in a high volume environment is required.  You also enjoy physical work, are able to lift a minimum of 12kg overhead and work on your feet for long periods.


Additional language skills are an asset.
