Get limber before shreddin’ the slopes!

Every Tuesday and Friday throughout February and March, start your day off right with a pre-shred warm up and stretch. Join us in the conference room from 7:30 to 8am with your mat (or carpet it) for some FREE yoga. It wraps up just in time for you to make that first chair up. And who knows, yoga just might be what you need to reach that grab.


February: 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26
March: 1, 5, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29 (no March 8 due to FIS Ski Race)
