Red Teeth is over; Wine about it.

That’s a wrap, year 2 in the bag! Our second Mountain Wine Festival, RED Teeth was another huge success.

With preceding thundershowers threatening days before, we really weren’t sure what would be served up on the day of the event. We were delighted with the outcome! The night started with clear blue skies and hot sun and the sounds of smooth Jazz, where guests savoured the light crisp flavours of the white wines and apple ciders. Finishing with an almost full moon over Red Mtn, twinkling stars and cool summer air, wine and cider lovers tasted the deep rich reds and blueberry ciders. This years event saw 16 Wineries and Cideries from BC all within a 3hr drive from Rossland offering over 50 varieties of BC grape and cider. The word on the street was “I wish I could’ve tried them all”! NEW this year, RED Teeth featured an on-site liquor store operated by Rossland Fine Wines & Spirits. This gave guests the opportunity to purchase their favourite tastes upon departure at a special festival price.

A big thank you to all of the wineries, cideries, event staff, and everyone that came out for an event that will for sure be back in action next year.

On top of a great time, we raised glasses for a good cause! Proceeds from every ticket sold were donated to, Take A Hike Foundation, West Kootenay Chapter . A huge thanks to all of you that attended, helping us raise a total of $950!
