Boarding for Breast Cancer Honours Breast Cancer Survivors with Women’s Wellness Retreat at RED Mountain

ReTreat Yourself February 2-4, 2013

In partnership with Boarding for Breast Cancer Survivorship Fund

Come drop in with us for ReTreat Yourself’s first Canadian event at BC’s best kept secret: Red Mountain

ReTreat Yourself is a rejuvenating ladies weekend of soulful fun!

“I want to create a space for women to be inspired, to connect with like-minds in nature, to learn new things, and to encourage being in the moment, self-awareness, happiness, and fun. I have been blessed to find these things for myself in snowboarding, yoga, and being a mountain girl at heart. Come get your groove on in the “Koots”. –Megs

Revered for it’s light dry snow, world-class tree skiing, and incredible steeps, pro-skier Kasha Rigby and pro-snowboarders Kendra Starr and Megan Pischke guide you throughout Red Mountain, BC. Whether you want to up the ante or keep it mellow, Red’s Snowsports School and these ladies are passionate about showing you a great time within these mountains.

Stretch it out and steady yourself for time on the mountain with daily yoga classes taught by Canada’s own Kristin Campbell. Kristin reminds us to drop the drama and negative self talk, and prepares us for reaching our goals on and off the mat. She uses postures, breath work, and a strong connection to the core to create new space for happiness, empowerment, and your true self. www.kristincampbell.org

Linda Kennoy, a popular life coach/counselor for over 30 years, brings her down-to-earth perspective and witty slant to the art of manifesting and staying grounded. Linda takes personal power seriously and will guide you through interesting and intense ways to have clear, direct intent on whatever you wish to achieve. Truly entertaining and informative.

To top a perfect day, fill your hearts and bellies with Marianne Abrahams’ delicious dishes. Marianne, a local Nelson gal and chef for the 25 years, will be sharing some of her favourite winter recipes from inside her ever so popular Whitewater Cooks cookbook series.
