Event Cancelled

Red Mountain has cancelled the Red Line Snowboard Challenge scheduled for this Saturday.

The reason for cancelling is that the competition course conditions are unsuitable to safely stage the event. Snow conditions on this steep course are still very hard under the fresh powder we received last night, and temperatures are forecast to remain cold throughout the weekend. We are planning to resurrect the event for next winter, 2009/2010.

The 3 rail logs designed for the event will be open to guests soon to enjoy for the rest of the season.
