RED Mountain is stoked to team up with State of the Snowpack (SOTS), a community-driven avalanche awareness initiative that shares real-time insights from avalanche pros and forecasters across our region. Each session dives into the story of our local snowpack, from the Rossland Range and RED Mountain to Strawberry Pass and beyond, bringing clarity to what’s happening in the mountains right outside our door.

These free evening events connect riders, patrollers, guides, and backcountry users in a relaxed community setting to talk conditions, share knowledge, and build mountain awareness together.

Join us at B&T’s from 7–9 PM on Dec 16, Jan 13, Feb 17, and Mar 24 for live snowpack updates, gear giveaways, and a raffle supporting accessible avalanche education across B.C.
