How do I secure my wedding date?
Your wedding date is secured once the venue fee has been paid in full as your deposit.
What is included with my wedding booking?
Your wedding booking includes the use of facility tables and chairs, china, glassware, cutlery, and service staff, along with basic setup and day-of coordination. Our team will be there to help ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on celebrating your big day!
Is there a minimum food and beverage spend?
Yes. A minimum food and beverage spend of $4,000, plus the applicable venue fee, is required. This minimum does not include taxes or gratuity.
Are there accommodation options on site?
Absolutely! RED Mountain offers a variety of on-site accommodation options for you and your wedding guests, making it easy for everyone to stay close to the celebration. Visit the RED Mountain Lodging website to explore the available properties and book your stay. Your wedding booking includes a unique booking code that provides discounted lodging rates for you and your guests.
When are final guest numbers, dietary requirements, and menu selections due?
Final guest numbers, dietary requirements and menu selections are required no later than two weeks prior to your event date. This allows our team to make sure everything is prepared and ready for your big day!
Can we bring in our own food or alcohol?
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted. Wedding desserts are welcome, but for liability reasons, all desserts must be commercially produced and are the
responsibility of the wedding party.
Are pets allowed at the wedding?
Yes! We love when furry family members can be part of the celebration. Pets are welcome on the RED Deck for wedding ceremonies. The wedding party is responsible for ensuring pets are supervised and that the venue remains clean and undamaged.
Are confetti, rice or candles permitted?
To help protect our beautiful mountain venue, confetti, rice, and candles are not permitted.
How late can our wedding reception go?
You can celebrate late into the evening! Last call for bar service is at 12:00 AM, and the venue will officially shut down at 12:30 AM.
