Function Room Options
For a truly Instagrammable wedding, you’d be hard pressed to find a better backdrop than the glory that is Red Mountain. Our roomy base lodge and oversized deck will put your guests at ease immediately, and you can relax knowing that you chose very, very wisely.
Main Floor of Lodge + Deck – $2,300 (catering required)
Our go-to wedding package includes the base lodge’s main floor and the large outdoor deck (catering required). Suitable for weddings of almost any size, this package is an excellent value and books up quickly. This package includes tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, wine glasses and water glasses.
Ceremony Only on Deck – $2,000 (3 hours only)
Our Ceremony Only option is our most streamlined and is for the happy couple who want to get to their honeymoon quicker. Three hours total, Sunday through Wednesday availability, this package includes chairs, PA, a lovely Registry table, and set-up and tear-down.
ADD-ON: RAFTERS LOUNGE – $600
If you know that your guests are the kind to keep the party going no matter what, the Rafters Lounge is the perfect add-on for you and the perfect party spot for a late night! It also acts a fantastic option for reception dinners. This historic après bar has been awarded for its ambiance by international magazines and is bound to bring a warm smile to all your favourite faces.

We have an excellent selection of premium liquor, liqueurs and wines by the bottle for your function. Please ask for any special selections and we will do our best to bring in the beverage of your choice.

Policies
- The venue fee in full will be required as the deposit to secure your date
- Minimum food & beverage spend of $4,000 + Venue fee is required. Does not include tax or gratuity
- No external alcohol or food allowed. Wedding desserts are the responsibility of the wedding party and must be commercially produced for liability reasons.
- If wedding party is utilising the services of a wedding planer, they must contact RED no later than 2 weeks prior to event
- Final numbers, dietaries and menus no later than two weeks prior to event day
- No confetti, rice, candles
- Wedding party will have access to event space from 9 to 5 on day prior to wedding and 9 to 12 noon day following for setup/decorating/supply pick up.
- Last call at 11pm with all guests off site by midnight. (Rafters last call is 1am if added on)
- Guests responsible for any damages or extraordinary clean up.
- Intoxicated persons will be refused service
