Giving Never Felt So Good!
RED Mountain Resort is proud to say that this year’s funds have beneficiated over 40 different non-profit organisations and events that support youth, athletics and local charities.
Every year, RED supports and donates to many organisations in our West Kootenay region, including:
- Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital Health Foundation
- Kootenay Columbia Trail Society
- Rossland Youth Action Network
- West Kootenay Friends of Refugees
- Rossland Golden City Days
- Local Schools and Sport Clubs
- Conservation Northwest
- Trail Special Olympics Ski Team
- Fall Line's Red Adaptive Snowsports Program
- Selkirk College
In evaluating donation requests, we consider the following three factors: support for youth, promotion of athletics, and benefit to the local community. Preference will be given to organizations that meet two or more of these criteria, with an emphasis on local organizations within a 60km radius. However, we may also consider donations to organizations that meet just one of these criteria, depending on the circumstances and volume of donation requests.

Donation requests are closed for the 23/24 season. Please reach back out June 1, 2024.
* Please be advised that RED will not be able to honor any requests from organizations that do not fall within the criteria specified above, or if the donation request form is incomplete upon submission. Requests must be received at least a month before the date of the event. *
