VOLUNTEER REQUEST
SEPTEMBER 1-3
Hey there, we’re glad you’re here! We couldn’t be more stoked for our first annual RED Oktoberfest: Läter, Höser!, and we’re looking for some awesome volunteers – like you – to help out. In return, we’ll give you free entry to the event!

All volunteers will be assigned a 4-hour shift.
Thursday, Sept 1
Shift: 12pm – 4pm
- Duties may include:
- Assisting with setup: fencing, tents, stage, bars (ice, kegs, cans), decor, signage, tables
- Compensation:
- Your choice of free entry for Friday or Saturday
Friday, Sept 2
Shifts: 2pm – 6pm or 6pm – 10pm
- Duties may include:
- Set up: fencing, tents, stage, bars (ice, kegs, cans), decor, signage, tables
- Check tickets, wristbands, ID, Distribute raffle tickets
- Help with organizing prizing for raffles
- Assist with the set-up and running of contests: pretzel eating, yodeling, costume contest
- Compensation:
- A 2pm to 6pm shift will give you free entry to the concert Friday night
- A 6pm to 10pm shift will give you free entry to all day Saturday
Saturday, Sept 3
Shifts: 9am – 1pm or 1pm – 5pm
- Duties may include:
- Set up: Games, Tables, Beer Tents
- Check tickets, wristbands, IDs, Distribute raffle tickets and steins for first 200ppl who purchased tickets
- Set up craft stations for kids and games
- Organize prizes for raffles
- Help run the games (i.e. pin the stein on the Yeti – someone to monitor and help, showing kids how to make hats, etc.)
- Compensation:
- A 9am to 1pm shift will give you free entry for the remainder of the day!
- A 1pm to 5pm shift will give you free entry after your shift at 5pm to the event and concert
