Refund Policy

Red Sports Retail:

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will replace the refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Tickets/Passes/Lessons:

Non-refundable as long as the season is still currently in operation. Unused purchases made in advance cannot be deferred to a subsequent season. For season pass products, please refer to our refund policy here.
