Bike Park Opening Weekend Recap
We’ve officially flipped the switch on the brand-new RED Mountain Bike Park — and what a weekend it was! While Mother Nature may have tossed a little moisture our way, it did absolutely nothing to dampen the stoke.

To help make your resort experience faster, smoother, and more convenient, we will be transitioning to a cashless payment system across the resort starting on June 21st. This move aligns with many other major resorts and businesses across Canada, and is designed to help you ultimately spend less time in line and more time doing the things you love.
Off-season construction around the resort is now underway, and temporary changes to base lodge access are in effect. The Upper Plaza Area near The Josie is closed to general traffic, though fire lane access remains open for hotel guests. Daycare pick-up/drop-off and lodge access should now be done via the Red Chair parking area, accessible from Old Red Mountain Road. Please avoid driving or parking in the turnaround area or any zones marked for construction. We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates as work progresses.
That’s a wrap on the 2024–25 season! What a way to send it off. Saturday’s Slush Cup brought the chaos—in the best way possible—with whacky costumes, icy cold bails, and tons of laughs. Sunday was all about the throwback feels for Retro Day, and we ended the season with a sun-soaked party on the Red Deck. Perfect spring weather, amazing energy, and the best crew around—thank you all for celebrating with us and making this season so special. Until next year!
A friendly but important reminder that our team is currently in the end-of-season tear-down phase of the resort. We are constantly working on the mountain with sleds, groomers, and have staff on ski equipment. For your personal safety and the safety of the RED team, all activities including sledding, hiking, touring etc. are strictly prohibited at the resort. Please let’s all do our part to keep everyone safe right now. Thank you to everyone for a truly amazing season and we can’t wait for next year.
