Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

Q: Where do I check in?

A: Guests check in at the RED Mountain Lodging Front Desk, located on the lower level of the Crescent at 4280 Old Red Mountain Road, Rossland, BC. Directions and parking information will be included in your confirmation email.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: RED Mountain Resort Lodging offers both discounted non-refundable rates and refundable rates, depending on the booking prior to check-in. Travel Insurance is also available at checkout. Payments are due at the time of booking. Please review all details carefully during the booking process or contact our reservations team for additional information.

Q: What types of accommodations are available?

A: RED Mountain Lodging offers a range of ski-in/ski-out and bike-in/bike-out options for any budget: modern condos with private hot tubs, The Constella mid-mountain cabins, a design-driven modern hostel steps from the lift, and The Josie, an independent boutique hotel at the base with exceptional dining and cocktail options.

Q: Are linens, towels, and kitchen supplies included?

A: Yes, all units are fully equipped with linens, towels, cookware, and basic kitchen essentials for your convenience.

Q: Do you provide Wi-Fi?

A: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations.

Q: Is housekeeping included?

A: A departure clean is included in your stay. Mid-stay housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes, each unit includes at least one complimentary parking spot. Additional parking may be available upon request.

Q: Is there a shuttle service?

A: A complimentary local shuttle operates between the base area and downtown Rossland during the ski season. Private transfers can also be arranged for a fee.
