

Women’s Progression Camp
Monday July 27 – 30 | 4 days from 9:30-3:30
A bike camp exclusively for Women
A four-day camp designed to help women build skills, confidence, and community in the bike park. Includes skills sessions, park laps, and small-group coaching. Riders will progress at their own pace in a supportive, encouraging environment led by experienced female coaches. Focus areas include cornering, braking control, body positioning, and navigating technical features with confidence. Whether you’re looking to level up your riding or connect with other women who love the bike park, this camp is all about building skills—and having a lot of fun doing it.
This program includes a complimentary 4 Day Bike Park Ticket, valued at up to $68 per day.

Required Equipment:
- Full Suspension Mountain Bike
A full suspension mountain bike is required. Your bike should be suitable for lift-accessed trail riding, with functioning brakes, reliable shifting, and properly set suspension. - Full-Face Helmet
A certified full-face mountain biking helmet is mandatory to provide maximum protection on technical descents and trail features. - RECOMMENDED: Protective Gear
- Knee Pads
- Gloves
- Elbow Pads
- Chest/Back Protection .
- Hydration System
Bring a water bottle (in a cage) or a hydration backpack to stay hydrated throughout the session. - Appropriate Clothing
Dress in moisture-wicking, weather-appropriate layers. Bring a light jacket for cooler evening temps. MTB-specific apparel is ideal for durability and comfort.
Reminder: All bikes will be subject to a quick tech check before riding. If you don’t own a full-suspension bike, full-face helmet, or protection, check out our Red Sports Rental Shop!
Cancellation Policy:
- All lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Lessons may be refunded or re-booked more than 48 hours in advance with a $25 admin fee per lesson. Any re-booked lesson must be dated within the current season. Within 48 hours of the start of the lesson, there will be no refunds or option to re-book. Guests who are late for their lesson may not be able to join.
- All lessons are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment, extreme weather or instructor availability, illness or injury. Participants will be notified promptly and will be given the option to re-book or refund the original payment method.
- Once a Club or Camp has commenced, there will be no refunds or make-up days for missed lessons issued.
Prerequisites
- Must be comfortable riding a bike on pavement and gravel paths
- Has been introduced to using gears
- Can stand up on their pedals off the seat while riding over bumpy terrain
- Is comfortable riding for 1-4 hours
Key Goals
- Develop understanding of gears to make riding more fun
- Uses both the front and back brakes to maintain speed and control without skidding
- How to adapt their position on different terrain from climbing to descending
- Maintaining momentum on single track terrain including roots and rocks
- Demonstrates good neutral and ready position in their riding.
Prerequisites
- Can ride in a standing neutral and ready position while descending on a green and blue trail
- Shows good climbing position
- Uses both front and back brakes appropriately while riding
- Can shift gears while climbing on blue trails
- Can maintain momentum while riding over natural features on blue and green trails
Key Goals
- How to ride trails with more efficiency, control and confidence
- Understanding bike and suspension set up
- How to use gearing for efficiency on more challenging terrain
- How to manage speed on more technical and steeper terrain with appropriate braking
- How to adapt their position climbing and descending to allow them to ride more challenging terrain
- Improve cornering both flat and bermed
- Introducing basic maneuvers, roll overs, small drops and tabletops etc.
