We’re Going Cashless. Here’s What You Need to Know:
To help make your resort experience faster, smoother, and more convenient, we will be transitioning to a cashless payment system across the resort starting on June 21st. This move aligns with many other major resorts and businesses across Canada, and is designed to help you ultimately spend less time in line and more time doing the things you love.
From lift tickets to lattes, you’ll be able to pay using credit card, debit card, or mobile tap (Apple Pay or Google Pay) throughout the resort.
Why Go Cashless?
- Faster Service – Cashless payments keep lines moving and help get you get out to the fun quicker.
- Contactless Convenience – Tap your phone or card and go. No waiting for the person in front of you to dig for change or count bills 🙂
- More Sustainable – Going cashless helps us not only speed up service, but also shrink our environmental footprint. By reducing the need for paper receipts, currency deliveries, and excess equipment, we’re making a shift toward a more sustainable mountain experience, without sacrificing convenience.
- Secure & Simple – Digital payments are safer for both guests and staff alike.
- Longtime Trend – Many leading ski areas across Canada have already gone cashless with successful transitions.
Need to Use Cash?
No problem – during this transition, we’ve got those exceptions covered. While most locations on the mountain will no longer accept cash, our Guest Services counter will temporarily have a cash till available for guests who need to exchange cash for a resort gift card. This gift card can then be used at any of our outlets across the resort.
