- RED Mountain Resort’s Ski & Snowboard Tickets & Passes Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver“) must be completed prior to the issuance and use of a RED Card. This is a condition of the purchase. If the Waiver is not completed, the RED Card will not be issued, access to Red Mountain Resort’s facilities will not be permitted, and a refund will be provided. The Waiver will be available for completion electronically during the sale process (and a link to complete the Waiver will be emailed to any non-purchasing guest).
- The Waiver will apply for the time period set out in the Waiver.
- The Waiver must be completed before a RED Card will be issued.
- Each adult cardholder/passholder must complete their own Waiver.
- A parent/legal guardian must complete it for their child under 19.
- This condition cannot be waived by any RED Mountain Resort employee or representative.
- The Waiver will affect your legal rights, including the right to sue or claim compensation following an accident. PLEASE READ THE WAIVER CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE. View Sample Waiver.
- The Kootenay Locals Discount is valid for full time and part time residents within a 90-minute drive of RED Mountain Resort.
- Proof of residency must be presented at the time of fulfillment, such as government-issued ID or a utility bill.
- One RED Card per person.
- The RED Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder during the 2025/26 season.
- No refunds on unused cards or portions thereof. All sales are final.
- RED Mountain Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten cards.

Visit RED’s Guest Services/ Ticket Office to pick up your RED Card. Each cardholder is required to sign a release of liability wavier at the time of pick up. If the cardholder is under the age of 19, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
