Accomplishments: 1st female to ski off Mt Brennan’s North Chute (1300m of 50-55 degree chute) in Apr 2021, similar recent steep descents off big peaks in Rockies, Purcells, Valhallas; owning my own successful physio clinic; offer high-end ski coaching for adults and kids at RED Mountain; two-time silver medalist in World Freeride Champs in AK

Bio: I am a Rossland local, having grown up in the area skiing at RED Mountain. I have been in the ski industry for over 20 years. From 1998 – 2002 I was on the Freeskiing World Tour, achieving two silver medals in World Freeride Finals in Alaska. After a major crash leading to a big injury, I then judged a few subsequent freeskiing competitions and started up my own Women’s Freeride Camps at RED Mountain that I hosted and coached for 10+ years. I am currently doing dryland and on-snow coaching for the Team Giver Freeride Team. I also coach private high-end adult ski lessons through the RED Fall Line Sports. I am an avid ski mountaineer and enjoy the big, long adventures that involve getting to the top of big peaks and skiing big technical mountain lines. I am also a physiotherapist running my own clinic in Rossland and I am the proud mother of two ripping shredder daughters!

Pre-season training is key – as a physio, I practice what I preach.
